Scandal in Ukrainian football: the Kudrovka-Poltava match again raised suspicions about a possible negotiated result. On the eve of the game, the odds for Kudrovka's victory dropped sharply, what users associate with massive bets and large sums in Asian bookmakers. Experts note the importance of control by the UAF and the ethics committee, to avoid the return of the practice of “match fixing” and maintain the integrity of football competitions in Ukraine.
The biggest evil is returning to Ukrainian football: in the 18th round there was a direct hint of a possible fixed match. Before the Kudrivka-Poltava game, the UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee sent an appeal to suspend all bookmaker lines for this match.
